Clean and efficient condo. Only issue for me was the coffee maker did not use pods. I would have preferred a Keurig type machine.

Overall stay was excellent. The Tidewater is an above average facility with a pretty good location, though food access isn't ideal. Pricing for the tidewater restaurant was a little steep for my liking. Only real complaint was lack of functioning elevators. One was down altogether and the others were very slow / occupied / full constantly so allow plenty of time to ride.

Details were pretty straightforward, so look to receive timely SMS contact the day before and of checkin. On arrival, it's necessary to follow a link to a web site for your unit key code. I had to read instructions for entry a little closer for that detail. On occasion I needed to call and hated the automated loop of hell system they have. No call back on the question of coffee maker. It's a Mister Coffee btw, so bring filters. Checkin was easy. Parking convenient. Fewer guests this time of May, so elevator rides were faster. This unit is for 2 adults and maybe two young children. The bunk room is too small for adults. Nice unit, good value, excellent facility.
