This house was extraordinary and I wish I could have stayed forever! The house is large and beautiful, with nice privacy trees along the living room, dining room, and kitchen which blocks the view into the house from the neighboring park. There are three beautiful bedrooms, a formal dining room, a living room, and a huge kitchen. The bathroom also has a tub! Upon arrival the house was spotless clean and had a lot of essentials, such as shampoo and conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, and a Brita water purifier... I bought a new filter for the water. The house is well-outfitted with all essentials and comforts, and there is a new staircase that was not featured in the photos leading down to the washer and dryer. There is also a balcony that was not pictured in the listing! This house was beyond expectations and I was exceptionally comfortable and happy with my choice to stay here. There are tons of windows with exceptional natural light. When I had a problem with the plumping, Lawrence sent me someone same day to fix it. However, when I had a problem with that plumber, Lawrence told me he would not send them back to the house. I felt listened to and respected. The downstairs neighbors are super nice and very quiet. The only point to mention is that the listing clearly states it is pet friendly numerous times; however, when I arrived, I noticed that the handbook said it was not pet-friendly. So I am still unclear as to whether it is pet friendly or not.

We stayed here for three months while my son was undergoing a bone marrow transplant at Boston Children's Hospital. The house is great and communication with the owner was wonderful. The apartment is much larger than the pictures suggest, and it has everything you could need- no need to buy the basics before you get here. If you travel with kids, the close by playground is a huge bonus!
