Welcome to the Canyonview Studio Suite, a cozy and fully furnished retreat in the heart of San Diego! Perfect for solo travelers or couples, this charming studio on the lower level of our Canyonview Craftsman offers breathtaking canyon views, a motorized work desk, and easy access to all things San Diego.

- You will have access to your studio suite, shared carport, shared laundry shed, and shared back decks overlooking the canyon.

- Shared carport with EV charger and free street parking – No restrictions for convenient parking
- EV Charging (Level 2): Feel free to charge your car on NON-PEAK hours only (11 pm-7 am), and we will just charge you whatever kilowatt hrs you use.
- Please note: EVs have priority in the carport parking spot
SECURITY & SAFETY
- Safety Features – 24/7 monitored security with exterior cameras.
- This property is equipped with a device that monitors the environment inside the property (including noise levels, temperature, and motion) to ensure guests have a pleasant stay and our neighbors are not disturbed.

▪️ USE coasters under all glasses, cups, or mugs to prevent water rings and stains.
▪️ USE trivet mats for hot pots to prevent heat damage to surfaces.
▪️ Garbage disposal: DO NOT put metal, plastic, egg shells, grease, potato peels, bones, coffee grounds, pasta, or celery in the disposal—throw them away. If it stops working, press the small red button under the sink or use an Allen wrench to free it up.
▪️ Well-behaved pets are welcome per our pet policy! ($100 per pet per month).
▪️ For Monthly Guests, we have a Utility Cap of $200; guests will be responsible for any overages.
▪️ Guest cannot alter the property, move furniture or appliances, remove any signage, or bring in their own furniture (incl but not limited to: rugs, chairs, artwork, etc.)
▪️ Guest must have valid working phone number, Any intent from a guest to establish tenancy, or overstay on the property longer than the agreed upon end date or without paying in advance is considered “criminal trespassing” and will be treated as such.
