This 1 bedroom unit comes fully equipped, including 2 bikes, 2 beach chairs and an Acoustic Guitar! Comfortable living area with tile flooring. Galley style kitchen with Bar counter. Brand new Comfortable Queen size foam mattress and lots of closet space. Renovated bathroom with floor to ceiling tiled shower and glass doors. Enjoy cooking on the outdoor electric grill and dining in your own private Court Yard. Go for a bike ride on one of the 2 bikes we provide or lounge by the community pool. There's so much to do in Cape Canaveral and nearby Cocoa Beach, Satellite Beach and Melbourne Beach. Beautiful beaches and parks and many dining and shopping options. Our Condo is located just 2 miles from Port Canaveral, 45 minutes to Orlando International Airport and 1 hour to Disney World and Universal Studios. I was staying here when hurricane milton came through, i had no major problems and only lost power for a few hours. Other than that the place is beautiful, great location just a block from the beach, and the private patio is a great addition.
