The first floor welcomes you with an open floor plan featuring tile and wood flooring and a fully renovated kitchen with modern cabinetry, granite countertops, and full-size appliances. A convenient stackable washer and dryer sit just off the kitchen, while a powder room is located near the dining area. The living room is furnished with brand-new furniture, a queen sleeper sofa, flat-screen TV, and a dining area with seating for four. The condo is beautifully appointed with great amenities. The location is convenient to the beach across the street and within walking distance to Coligny Square. The property is perfect for a family reunion with a centrally located pool and enclosed courtyard.

We have been vacationing on Hilton Head for over 20 years. Over that time period we have stayed in many different condos along South Forest Beach Drive. Overall, the Hilton Head Cabanas have been by far the best. The location, the inner courtyard, the pool are just fabulous. We love number 26 because of it's extra bathroom and layout. It's well kept and very clean. However, we have had a problem with the refrigerator (not cooling sufficiently) Last year we lost some food in the same frig. Thankfully, this year Island Rentals brought in a backup refrigerator, and that really saved us. We're a family that likes to cook so really depend on the kitchen.Thanks Island Rentals!

We really enjoyed this condo and the location was great. Unfortunately, the mattress in the master bedroom was worn and saggy. It’s like we were sleeping in little troughs. My husband and I woke up with backaches every morning. The management company was great to work with..We would love to rent this condo again if the mattress is replaced.
