Perfect space to relax with family and friends. Located in a unique ocean front neighborhood with just a short walk to direct beach access, perfect for kids and pets with no roads to cross. The home features a newly renovated fully equipped kitchen with an open concept to dining and living room, updated bathrooms with all linens and towels provided. Relax on the front deck with custom adirondack chairs or enjoy the backyard featuring a covered dining space with grill to cookout on with wood burning fire pit. Private large outdoor shower with both hot and cold water. Yard is completely fenced in for your 4 legged friends to enjoy with an optional dog door into the house. Neighborhood is close to many great restaurants near the beach but also conveniently located to downtown historic St. Augustine and all it has to offer.

The place was so gorgeous and clean. It has everything u can need for an amazing vacation. Its also really close to the ocean. Would highly recommend booking here.

Very clean and comfortable house. Host was very quick to respond if i had questions. The kitchen was spacious, clean, and had new appliances. We did not use the dishwasher, however, because the racks inside it were rusting.Besides that one complaint, everything else was great. 5 minute walk to the beach, comfy beds and couch, covered outdoor table and chairs, outdoor shower, spacious kitchen, laundry machines, and grocery stores around the corner.The house is probably best for families with multiple kids, but we had 7 men in the house and were comfortable with space.

The house had great layout for large/extended family to stay. Plenty of beach accessories and towels. Quiet neighborhood.

Had a wonderful family reunion at the beach house. Perfect fenced in backyard to let the pups out for potty. Very short walk to the beach. Home was very cozy and sleeps a lot of people. Host was excellent! Definitely stay again when visiting the area.
