About this house rental
The Luxe Grand Villa is new to the market launching in May 2020. The villa features 6 bedrooms and 6 and a half bathrooms, inclusive of 2 master bedrooms. The property is built with an open concept to maximize on the beautiful natural features outside, such as the Caribbean Sea. The home is decorated with a modern, luxurious feel. Each room in the house has doors that open up to spectacular ocean views. The property features a pool table and a completely private beach, with paddle boards and kayaks.
The house comes fully staffed with a chef, su-chef, housekeeper and 2 butlers. All staff members eagerly await your arrival so they are able to do their best to make this one of your best vacations. We also have a concierge who will be in-touch before and during your stay to assist you with planning your trip or anything you may need.
The beach is white sand beach, with lounge chairs, a gentle sandy slope ideal for families. Outdoor gathering spaces on the pool deck. Wrap around balcony upstairs. The master bathrooms are impeccably decorated clean lines, white and gold modern tiles and indoor/outdoor soaking tubs. The entry of the home features a massive one of a kind 20ft door that is bound to make you feel welcomed.

The villa is amazing, beautiful lay out, with the most amazing staff! BJ, Chef Skyjuice, Michelle, and Samantha took wonderful care of our group! One of our friends had an injury on day one requiring a trip to the hospital, the staff handled the situation calmly, gave great recommendations, and were there with us throughout the process. The beach is beautiful! The sunsets were amazing. BJ took part of the group on a kayak tour of the bay, and it was phenomenal. Chef Skyjuice had amazing dinner prepared for us on arrival with all of our favorites, oxtail, curried goat, and jerk chicken. He planned the rest of the dinners, noting the allergies, and always delivering divine cuisine. Michelle made sure the kitchen ran smoothly and we always had everything we needed. Samantha is such a sweetheart, and kept the house spotless. Our driver, Mr. Simpson was a very kind man, checked on us daily and made sure we had everything we needed. Everyone was so kind and welcoming, they’re the reason we keep coming back to Jamaica :) The only recommendation I think we would give for future guests would be to pack earplugs that are comfortable to sleep in. There is some noise from the road, horns can be quite loud, but easily remedied with the little foam earplugs. We already can’t wait to plan our next visit to Jamaica!

Our stay at Luxe Grand Villa was perfection. The house was amazing, and we were able to relax and enjoy the pool and beach every second of our stay. What really made the stay perfect was the staff. Everyone from Chef Ken, BJ, Michelle and Samantha made this an unforgettable stay and we’re already planning our return. If you’ve come across this listing, look no further.
