Everything from the booking/Host, check in and out, and stay was perfect.The overall condo was perfect. Two bedrooms with attached bathrooms.Large Kitchen, dining area and living room were great. This is a large condowith an unobstructed view from the 9th floor (top floor) of the ocean. The balcony was located perfectly over the beach/ocean. It is a corner balcony that wrapsaround..it is very large. The pelicans seemed to be putting on a show for usmany evenings. There was ample parking...so no need to worry about if therewas a parking spot, they offer a large amount of parking spots. Both the privatepool and beach were literally steps from the ground floor elevator. I just cannotsay enough about this condo. I travel every summer and have stayed in many places. This is my #1 vacation condo of all time. The people in the condo and on the beach were all super nice. Walmart was minutes away and Barefoot Landing, a great shopping experience, was even closer. You could walk to many food establishments and shops. This condo was very clean and had all of the extras including a Keurig coffee maker. I can't wait to visit here again.

Excellent location! Proximity to the beach was wonderful, so convenient. Henrik was an excellent host and responded to all of our questions promptly. We would stay here any time and highly recommend it.

There was no welcome packet, Never did figure out how to work tvs. No where was there a pamphlet. Would be great to have that on the back of the guide. Saw a roach first day exterminator came and told us it was probably a palmetto bug, but being from sc we know it was not. Saw another baby one in second bedroom. Little unsettling. Other than that a random sock left from previous guest, it was very nice. We have a great time whenever we go
