Happiness Comes in Waves is your next favorite vacation spot. As you walk into this beautifully decorated and newly renovated condo you won't be disappointed by all of it's amenities. Immediately to your right is the the nicely lit King bedroom and it's connected half bath with closet. Continue down the hallway and you will find bunk beds quietly tucked away in the thoughtfully designed nook. Drawers can be found under for additional storage and curtains provide needed privacy. Right across the hall is the door to the spacious full bath which also connects directly to the master half bath.
Down the hall, you will be welcomed by an open concept living area with a fully stocked kitchen. Sit on the large private balcony and take it all in as you look out over the well maintained pool and courtyard and onto the ocean. Watch a sunrise or sunset or if you are lucky you may even get to see some dolphins playing in the waves.
Happiness Comes in Waves is located just over 1 mile north of Surf City town center. It's easy to walk or bike to several local restaurants, beach and gift shops, coffee bars, local wine bars, and even live entertainment. Surfing and wind surfing lessons are available near by for those feeling adventurous. If you are wanting to see the island from the water try renting a paddle board, jet ski, or boat. You can even book yourself a fishing guide. Whatever you want to do it is here! Be sure not to miss our local Turtle Hospital where you can see rescued sea turtles. You may even catch some hatching if you are extremely lucky, as nests are often found on the beach in front of Surf Condos.

Highly recommend!Upon entering, the condo smelled fresh, was nice and cool, and looked exactly as pictured. The beds were comfortable, and there were plenty of pillows, blankets, bath towels, and even three beach towels provided.The beach closet down by the parking area was stocked with beach chairs, a couple of umbrellas, and sand toys, which was a huge bonus. There was a supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, dishwasher pods, dish soap, and a sponge. We also noticed additional supplies available, which was appreciated. The beach and pool bags, along with the cooler, came in handy, and it was a nice surprise to find freezer packs already waiting in the freezer.The bedrooms had plenty of outlets and even a sound machine. There was one outlet in the bunk bed area. The kids especially loved the baskets at the end of the bunk beds for storing their personal items.If I had one suggestion, a few hooks for hanging towels would be helpful, as we ended up using the tops of the doors. A couple of small wall shelves in the bathroom would also be a nice addition.Overall, this was a 5-star stay! The condo was thoughtfully stocked with so many extras that made our vacation easier and more enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again.

Was just as advertised. Very clean, great location within the "resort" . Very well stocked with all kitchen tools needed. Personally happy for the shelf stable half and half as I forgot mine! Pool very nice. When I contacted the reps with questions I got very quick responses. Would recommend this place for a couple, or with small children.

Amazing. A great little get a way right on the ocean with a great pool as well. Very quiet at night. Kitchen was the best equipped I ever had on a vacation. Owner was awesome!
