About this house rental
Located in the beautiful Gulf Coast town of Venice, Laurel Bungalow is nestled in the quiet neighborhood known as the Historic Edgewood District, just off the Island of Venice. Enjoy all the luxuries of Florida right under your roof or hop on your bicycle and ride 1/2 mile to the Legacy Trail, 1 mile to downtown Venice or 2 miles to Venice Beach or Casperson's Beach (the Sharks Tooth Capital of the World). Laurel Bungalow boasts a private heated saltwater pool, outdoor kitchen w/ Green Egg and gas grill, covered seating area with television, fire table, outdoor shower and detached "pool house" with a queen bed and home theater with 86" TV. The home also has a cozy screened porch with separate fenced in side yard. The main house has a comfortable living room, dining table that easily seats 8, kitchen, laundry room/bath, 2 bedrooms (one king bed and one queen bed) plus office with high speed WiFi. 3rd bedroom (with queen bed) is located in detached pool house. Our neighborhood has a playground/park, baseball fields, tennis & pickle ball courts. Conveniently located to all Venice has to offer~ beach, shopping, restaurants, theater, golf, bike trails, you name it! ~ and everything else you'll find right under your own roof! Laurel Bungalow is a dog friendly, non-smoking property. This is a private residence, with a private pool, and not shared by other rental homes.

One of the best stays we’ve ever done! The pool is absolutely amazing but you’ll never want to leave once you use the outdoor shower! The office space was a hidden gem. The whole place was very cozy and clean. There wasn’t one thing we didn’t like. We miss it already and would go back every year! Thanks so much for having us!

We absolutely loved staying at this wonderful, comfortable, home! So much…that it was our 2nd stay here! Wonderful pool! Great yard for the pups! Location was so convenient, enjoyed taking our dogs to the dog beach every evening for the sunsets! Really enjoyed the outdoor, covered space. It’s everything we needed and more. What a great, grandma, screened porch, with swinging chairs! Really enjoyed Venice beaches and hunting for shark teeth and shells! Thank you for sharing your wonderful home Edie, and Gregg
