What arrangements are made to pick up a key? Our home is equipped with a keybox entry system that is programmed with a code. We will provide the secure access code after reservation is confirmed.
What is check in and check out time? Check in is strictly 4pm or later. Check out is 10 am.
What if there is an issue while we are staying at your house? All issues are quickly addressed with minimal disruption to your vacation. You will notify the owners directly.
How close are you to the beach? We are a second row home so STEPS to the beach!
Do you offer discounts? If your arrival date is less than 30 days away and our home is available, we will certainly work with you.
Does the Pool heat included? No, the pool heat is an additional $1000/week. This needs to be indicated at least a week ahead of your arrival so we can arrange the pool heat.
Do we add cleaning fees to your listed prices? Cleaning fees are always charged separately than the rental rate. The only other fees are South Carolina Accommodation and City of Hilton Head Island taxes totaling 10%, and the optional fee to heat the pool.

* Please note that a valid ID from the primary guest and a signed rental agreement are required to finalize your reservation.
We do require $175 pet fee, per pet which will be requested separately. All pets have to be approved. We require five night minimum for all weekends in off season. 7 night minimum (Saturday to Saturday) from May 1-September 15th.
The pool can be heated for $1000/week or $175/night.
We also have a golf cart that we rent out for your stay ($300/week).
**Please note--we also require additional documentation to be reviewed and signed for all reservations. These documents will be send immediately upon booking. Also, please know that pool company, landscapers may stop by the home unannounced during your stay to service the home.

The property was very clean! Upon arrival, we had an issue with the air conditioning as well as the pool, but both of those things were attended to very quickly! We had a rainy weekend, so it was nice to have the games available for the kids to play inside.

This house has everything you need without having to bring a ton of extras from home! There is foliage all around so the pool needs cleaned often from leaves blowing in but is absolutely stunning. Great location to ride bikes or walk to the beach or stores. My kids are already asking when we can go back!

We had an amazing stay! The location is unbeatable—you are truly just steps away from the beautiful beach. After a day in the sand and sun, it was so wonderful to come back and relax by the pool. The heated hot tub was the perfect way to end the evening. We would highly recommend this property!
