Very close to Cala Blanca Beach! Monsines 11 Apartment.- Apartment facing the pool, with recently renovated bathroom, shower tray and Air Conditioning in the reception, so it reaches both bedrooms and living room. Comfortable and covered terrace, to enjoy your private barbecue. You only share the communal pool with 2 other apartments, and enjoy your sunbeds and a sunny day. A few meters away, at sunset, you can also see the best SUNSETS of the Island! If you go out to dinner at one of the many wonderful restaurants in the seafront area, you can also walk along its unbeatable promenade. Enjoy your holidays!

This was our third trip to Monsines and it won’t be our last. This little villa suits us perfectly … the location is excellent, no car needed … well stocked supermarket within a very short and easy walk, it’s quiet (most of the time - the music from the nearby hotel is a little loud sometimes but that will impact everywhere in Cala Blanca!), spotlessly clean and well equipped. The washing machine is an added bonus. Lovely little pool and the villa, grounds and pool are well maintained. All interactions with the staff at Mauter Villas have been friendly and helpful and the pre arrival info is great. We have used the recommended airport transfers the last two visits and these have been excellent. The local bus service is excellent and cheap if you want to explore further afield. Plenty of places to eat right on the doorstep although after three stays we have now got a short list of favourite places! Oh, and if you enjoy walking, it’s a very easy stroll into Santandria and access to the Cami de Cavells is nearby.
Tea-towels! But it’s a great excuse to buy a pretty one and bring it home as a momento! Wi-fi is a little hit and miss but we don’t go on holiday to spend time on our devices.

This little villa is absolutely perfect for us. Well equipped, super clean, quiet and ideal location short walk to beach and commercial centre/supermarket. Nice little pool. Great bus service in Cal Blanca too so no car needed for some local sightseeing.

Although quite basic, this little apartment was perfect. Spotlessly clean, fabulous shower, lovely big fridge and tv/wifi. Everything we needed for a relaxing week. The location is perfect, in a residential area that was a very short walk to the beach and the commercial centre. Lovely pool that we had to ourselves most of the time. Sunbeds and outside furniture provided and a roof terrace with views over Cala Blanca to the sea. Communication with the host was excellent with all the info we needed provided in a very easily accessible format. Would have no hesitation in returning …. Especially as we love Cala Blanca and the surrounding area.
