Enter this spacious unit and immediately notice the view of the beautiful Gulf. View the beach from the full floor to ceiling sliding glass doors or on the large 40 foot tiled balcony. This beautiful 2000 square foot condo features 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. This unit has a 46 inch LCD TV and DVD in the Living Room. A TV is also in each of the bedrooms. The kitchen and bathrooms have granite counter tops with double sink vanities in master and second bathrooms. A covered parking spot is provided and is just steps away from the elevator.
Avoid the crowds and enjoy Oceania's location in the heart of Destin. Oceania is a privately gated property. Relax on the large private beach and enjoy the sugar white sand!! Your rental includes one beach set up with two chairs and an umbrella (from March 1 through Thanksgiving weekend only). You can order extra set ups, directly through the chair company for for an additional fee, in advance if you wish.

fully stocked kitchen, plenty of towels in bathroom. washer dryer large enough to handle 6 beach towels. ice maker in addition to fridge. great for water bottles and a small cooler. large balcony comfy chairs. good seating in living room. large dining table. great property that is maintained very well. pool was spotless. beach is gorgeous and beach chairs with umbrella put up every morning made it easy to enjoy the beach. host was great with communication. all the info we would need before got there. Loved the condo and location. book it!

Our 2nd time at this property and it’s still perfect! The view is unmatched and the covered parking is a huge plus. Great vacation condo and you really do feel “at home.” Cannot say enough great things about Oceania 203 - HURRY and book this, you won’t be sorry! Location and area is very nice, safe and full of great places! All you need are your clothes, groceries and a big smile! Plenty of room for everyone too!

Wonderful unit, would go back again. Large balcony is best part. Great view of the beach, partially obscured by palm trees on this level but still excellent. Unit was well stocked with starter items. Owner communicated well and was very responsive, great experience overall!
