About this house rental
We are SUPER HOST (at Airbnb). Relax with the whole family at this charming 3 bedroom/2 bath Seattle house. It is conveniently located near all amenities and public transportation. Quiet neighborhood and only 5 minute walk to the light rail (which runs from the airport all the way into Seattle), 20 minute walk to Columbia City.

Several restaurants in the area that deliver. And it is convenient to a Safeway too. Easy to get on the light rail to get into Seattle. Just a really nice place, perfect to just relax between outings. Highly recommend

The house was very clean. The bed was very comfortable. Very close to the light rail and easy to navigate in and out of the city. Grocery store nearby as well. We did not rent a car and were able to explore Seattle as well as make it to and from the airport easily. This was a very nice, perfectly priced option.

The place is clean, I saw ant traps but did NOT see ANY bugs. The place looks bigger in the pictures, but it’s cute and served its purpose. It was an easy transaction, and pretty quick responses to questions before stay. The only kind of complaint is only overhead lighting in living room which was very bright. Only kids would be able to sleep in the bunk beds, the bed is very uncomfortable for an adult. We walked everywhere night and day and never felt unsafe and found no issues with the neighborhood. Next door neighbor has fun lights in the yard at night.
