About this apartment rental
Located in Hollywood, this apartment is a dream. The cozy living room with a sofa bed provides extra space for relaxation. Enjoy the convenience of amenities like WiFi, AC, and an iron. Kickback, relax, and enjoy everything Hollywood and our apartment has to offer.
You will enjoy majestic sunrise views from the beach, access to shopping, entertainment, a wide variety of restaurants, live music, water sports, bike paths, and Hollywood Beach's famous Broadwalk nearly 2.5 miles along.

You will have access to the entire place, including:
- 2 Full beds, 1 small futon
- 1 full kitchen including refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave oven, sink, coffee machine, etc.; and
- 1 cozy dining/living room.
Each room has a smart TV.
This unit includes one on-site parking space. For additional parking, there is on-street parking right in front of the building where the unit is located, too. There is also public parking lot about four blocks away.
The beach is few steps from the building (less than 80 steps), approximately 20 seconds walking.
The unit is 0.3 miles from Hollywood Broadwalk (around 5 blocks).
Please note that smoking is strictly prohibited in the entire building including this unit, in common areas such as the laundry and the pool area, and areas surrounding the building such as the parking area. Smoking is also not allowed around the neighboring buildings or their property.
All common areas belonging to the neighboring buildings are private property and are reserved exclusively for their guests and residents. Please do not enter, sit, smoke, or use any of those areas at any time including their parking lot area.
Minut Noise Monitoring Device: In compliance with city requirements, the unit is equipped with a Minut smart home sensor that monitors noise levels and other environmental conditions. Minut is camera-free and does not record audio, conversations, or video, ensuring guests’ privacy at all times.

The A/C has a hard time keeping the kitchen area cool. But it’s cool in the bedroom at night and that’s what counts. The full size kitchen was a plus as well. The placement of the shower in the bedroom and the bath was outside of the bedroom was a little different but it works nonetheless. I was not on vacation but working so maybe next time I can make use of all the amenities the area has to offer.

The convenience to the beach was totally worth it! We thought it was a 2 bedroom though. The futon is in the kitchen. A bit of an odd setup. Hospitality was great!

The price was right for this charming little apartment. Love that it had its own pool and only steps to the ocean. The floor, though, was filthy. The bottom of our feet/shoes/slippers/Socks were black after walking on it. Had issues with the master bedroom TV. No power outlet in second bathroom. Other than that, we had a wonderful time. Thank you.

Could of been a little cleaner no dish towels or wash clothes didn’t see any WiFi pool area could of been cleaned up daily and maybe a couple beach chairs all very minor
