They are still recovering a bit from the storms past but longboat is a great local get away and this little place was very quiet and nice.

The location was great! The property was well maintained and the staff was friendly and helpful. The only issue was the bed was quite flimsy and uncomfortable. There were no chairs or table. The room was small as an efficiency, so I understand that but perhaps add 2 folding chairs and/or two folding trays. One of us had to sit on the bed to eat and the other sat on the chair and we had to use the counter as a table. Overall it was a great experience, just a minor inconvenience.
