★ What is the parking situation? ★
There is parking for two vehicles. The HOA does not allow street parking in the community.
★ Is the property pet-friendly? ★
Pets are not permitted unless arranged with us in advance - please ask before you book if you would like to bring one.

Yes - community quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am.

We are no longer able to offer early check-in or late check-out. If you would like extra time at the start or end of your stay, please book the night before or the night after - that way the home is yours for the whole day and there is no rush at either end.

Yes - we cannot have more people staying than the number posted on the listing. Parties and events are strictly prohibited. We require contact details for all adults staying at the property.

Great location and place. Kids loved simple but effective house layout, as well as very accessible lawn to play. Very clean. BBQ and space heater in the patio added to the relaxing evenings. Very easy access to the swimming pool and hot tub, we enjoyed it everyday. Pickleball, Tennis and Golf are at 2 min drive within community and at affordable daily or weekly fees, and people at the club are very friendly (even to the guests). We enjoyed pickleball as a family for multiple days.Community is nice, well maintained, with lots of place to do morning 5k run.
