Each room is tastefully decorated with beautiful furniture and handicrafts imported from throughout Mexico. The house was constructed in 2001 on a steep lot right on the bay. You will be sharing your own little slice of paradise with sunbathing iguanas, soaring pelicans, and gliding sting rays. Every room offers it's own private balcony. Whitewashed walls, Spanish tile, tropical palms…you are surrounded by the flavors of Mexico.

Host was fantastic and very helpful. I had made a mistake and booked the property for the wrong date. Host was able to allow me to make a change. The property is exactly as is described, the view is amazing, the property is nice and clean. The staff is what made our family get together so special. Sandra, Peppe and Maria are very kind, accommodating and helpfull staff. Definitely recommend this amazing place if you are looking for relaxing, comfortable and breathtaking views.

Great space for everyone, Staff was fantastic, food was delicious. Away from the hustle of the city but easy to get to a couple of smaller towns. Highly recommend.

We had a fabulous time staying at Casa Nautilus. Everything was perfect from dealing with Michelle, to the beautiful villa, to the wonderful staff. Pepe and Daniele couldn’t do enough for us. Daniele is a fabulous chef, his food was awesome. Marya kept the villa spotless throughout our stay. All of the beds were very comfortable. It is very easy to hop on the bus for 10 pesos and go into Puerto Vallarta, there are also cabs everywhere. We saw many whales and dolphins from our balcony, the view is breathtaking.

We had an amazing time. This was our first family vacation since the birth of our grandson. Pepe was so welcoming and helpful, Mary kept the place immaculate and Danny prepared some of the best meals we've ever had. The property is beautiful and we saw whales, dolphins and turtles every day. Everyone had a great time and we hope to come back again soon.
