About this house rental
Romantic bungalow located 250m from Pelican Beach at the quiet eastern end of beautiful Grace Bay. Accommodation consists of one bedroom with a king sized bed, generous walk-in closet and en suite showerroom. Bright open plan living / dining area with sofa which converts to a queen sized bed perfect for a second couple or older child. Chicco Playyard available for infant on request. The kitchen contains a double sink, stainless steel fridge/freezer, gas range, coffee maker and microwave. Frigidaire brand top loading washer / front loading dryer for laundry located in cupboard off living area. There is a westerly facing fully screened in rear porch perfect for catching sunsets whilst avoiding bugs, and an external sun deck with gas BBQ.

This property was great, and is described very accurately by the hosts. It is very close to the beach, and the hosts have generously provided three shade umbrellas, three beach chairs, a larger and a small portable cooler, and a few other beach items that were wonderful and we used frequently. Large deck and screened in patio, that was nice for morning coffee drinking. We rented a car and checked out different beaches on the island every day. Internet was fast and good, never turned on the TV. Bed was a big comfortable king size, and the "split" bathroom with toilet and sink in one, and shower and sink in the other was convenient. There are separate air conditioning units in the main living area and bedroom, so if it hot (which it is, and hosts request you turn off the AC when not in the home), we found that either space cooled down quickly and comfortably.

Great location! Quiet neighborhood, short walk to the beach, and a quick drive to Grace Bay restaurants. We liked that the home has charm. We had an issue with the microwave not working, it was replaced within hours. Very friendly and professional maintenance worker assisted with the microwave replacement. Will absolutely book this property again. Thank you!

Hummingbird Cottage in Leeward Settlement was exactly as advertised—clean, comfortable, and nicely maintained. It offered the perfect balance of convenience and privacy: close enough to everything you need, yet tucked away enough to enjoy a quiet and relaxing stay.
