My Bachelorette trip was a blast! The house is wonderful with beautiful views and was very clean! The kitchen was stocked with a bunch of utensils and pots and pans, and glasses perfect for margs! The walk to the beach was easy and there were great restaurants and activities close by! They also had beach supplies that we used that were great! The hot tub was clean and great for late night relaxation and the star-watching was perfect! I will definitely be back here with family and friends in the future! Thank you for an amazing Bach Weekend!!

We've stayed here a number of times and each time we stay we notice more and more improvements. We've always been impressed with the location near the beach, the excellent common areas in the house, the amount of space/number of beds or sleeper couches, and the thoughtfulness of the owners. (They have labels on the light switches, and very clear directions on how to work each and every TV and video game system, for example; and the place always seems to have enough towels and just enough in the way of supplies to tide us over for a couple of days.) During our latest stay we noticed a larger TV in the main living room, and the beds were more comfortable than during our previous stay. We also noticed the sliding door in the ship's watch seemed to have been replaced, (it was difficult to open before), and we understand there was a new grill and new appliances, as well. And the hot tub simply rocks. Finally, while we didn't run into any problems to speak of, there were instructions on the refrigerator explaining how to contact the property manager, so that provided some additional piece of mind.

We have stayed at this house several times over the last couple of years & love it! We have come with our extended family & family friends. The house is clean, comfortable and well-stocked. It's obvious the owners take such care with the house; there are always new improvements & thoughtful additions that add to our vacation experience. Highlights: - large, open common areas for everyone to gather (large dining room table that easily fits 12 people!), yet enough bedrooms & quiet space to get away if needed - love the den w/ TV & video games for the kids! - decks & crow's nest with endless views to capture both sunrises & sunsets - location, location, location - easy walk to an uncrowded beach; open space on one side of the house with ocean views; cul-de-sac for kids to ride bikes (provided by the house!), scooters - easy bike ride to Duck village - restaurant directly across the street from the neighborhood with great food & sunset views - hot tub on the deck, under the stars - community pool - comfortable beds We are always sad to leave & can't wait to return!

The house is in a great location, very short walking distance to the beach which was essential because we had two elderly and two young kids with us. That said, when we arrived in the evening, some trash cans weren’t empty, there was a sanitary napkin liner stuck to the kids bedroom wall, the kitchen counter wasn’t fully cleaned, the windows were really dirty with streaks on the inside (so this wasn’t a result of the midge infestation), the sofas in the living room were ripped, dust and bugs on the bed frames, and the dining room light wasn’t working. I communicated this to the property manager that night (with pictures, that I still have), who wanted to bring a cleaning crew out that night. Honestly, I was concerned with the cleanliness and sanitariness of the beds in light of the above- which was heightened due to the pandemic. But I was assured that the sheets had been washed. Since we were already in the house and it was late, I asked them to come them next day- midday- while we were at the beach. They didn’t listen and came at 10 am, when we were having breakfast. So my MIL sent them away. They came back while we were at the beach. I have no idea what they cleaned because the same issues were present. So I spoke to the property manager again who apologized and was going to send a crew out again to clean but I said no because it was quite an inconvenience for us all to be out of the house for a few hours again. The next day, I reached out again to at least get the dining room light fixed so we could eat in that room. I was told the tech would come the next day but the tech never came. I reached out again and the tech came and fixed the light- but by now it was Thursday. Other issues were that the outside shower and grill were completely disgusting and unusable. We made the best of it and my kids loved the close location to the beach which is good but I wouldn’t rent this particular house or use this property manager again.
