* Quiet uncrowded neighborhood.
* Dog friendly with fully fenced back yard and crate provided.
* Beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels provided.
* Must be 25 to rent and supply photo ID if requested. Contract and a $300 security deposit hold required.
Perfect for a family or two with dogs. Plenty of space and a large back yard. Very close to the beach entrance, Thomas's Donuts, Carousel Supermarket, and the trolley line.

It is a great location, only a block to the beach and a little further to Thomas Donut Shop. The house layout was good and the covered parking helped a lot in the summer heat. Air conditioning worked great. Pillows could be a bit better, but all in all it was a great place to stay!

Home was very clean, enough space to stretch out. I was traveling with my wife, kids and friend to celebrate our anniversary and my birthday. Everyone had enough room. Including our fur baby, Morocco. My daughter enjoyed walks to the beach every morning. Truly a 3 min walk.

This place was neat, clean, close to the beach, very quiet at night for easy rest. Would definitely stay here again!
