The Grand Maloney Hotel is a new boutique hotel located in the heart of downtown Key West. Our signature red brick, historical home on Caroline Street has been lovingly restored with a brand-new heated dipping pool on its private patio. With undeniable character, the two-story house stands out from the traditional cottages of Key West in the same way the Grand Maloney stands out from other boutique hotels in the area.
The Space:
Each room is decorated with careful attention to detail, reflecting the personalized experience each guest can expect of their stay. This room is bold and alluring with its red ceiling and black accents. The combination of its natural red brick, black marble and moldings make the room feel vintage and timeless. A king size bed awaits you and your significant other. This eastward facing room is spacious and provides endless amounts of natural sunlight. Enjoy your morning cup of coffee while sitting in the breakfast nook overlooking Caroline Street.
Guest Access:
Our contactless check-in procedure makes check-in easy. Guests will receive a personalized access code prior to arrival and direct contact to a local guest experience manager for any questions, needs or recommendations during their stay.
Shared Hotel Amenities: Heated pool and deck area, wrap-around porches, lounge, lobby, coffee maker & refrigerator drawers.

There is no on-site parking for this unit. You may utilize the brick pathway/driveway for bike parking ONLY. For overnight parking, here are some parking lots:
• 204 Simonton Street (This is the closest to your unit!)
• Caroline Street Outdoor Parking Lot
• Park N Ride Old Town Garage
Street parking information:
• There are pay-to-park spots and meters, which are free from 12AM - 8AM, with a 3-day limit.
• The neighborhoods of Old Town offer some free parking spaces close to your unit, but be aware that many of the spots are marked “Residential” and visitors are NOT permitted to park in them.
Other Things to Note:
- Relax by the brand-new, heated pool in the back of the home!

Very clean, Great location. Very close to Duval shopping and Restaurants. Excellent communication. Only drawback was no drink cooler snd could use allot more counter space.

Very nice and updated property. Room was larger in size compared to other places we've stayed. Nice high ceilings and very cool in temperature. You have to wash your own towels if you run out. There is a laundry room but it's shared with others so not super convenient. There's also no TV's in the rooms in case that's a deal breaker for you. Location was perfect for us. Would consider staying there again with a group large enough for the whole property.

The room, the house and the expectations were exceeded. Loved the stay. Great location. Only issue was being in the front room of the house there was a lot of “street” noise on Friday and Saturday nights. Sunday and Monday no noise issues. But the location to all the neighborhoods and shops, restaurants and bars was excellent. Danielle was excellent to deal with and a fantastic communicator from initial booking to final checkout.

The room itself, was very comfortable and clean, no complaints. Loved all the windows! It's within walking distance to just about anywhere in Key West, very easy to get around. Overnight parking nearby and easily accessible. I felt the email of VRBO info was over-whelming. I found it very difficult to find the log-in to our room amongst all the info. It would have been nice to have one email that only contained the check-in codes. We thought it would have been nice if the ceiling fan had more than one speed. It was either high or off. We arrived on a Sunday, unfortunately Monday at 5am is garbage pick-up which was very noisy. Then the street sweeper came through, also very noisy with trucks, traffic, etc. In the future I would request a room in the back, not the street.
