The Space:
Welcome to Paradise Palms Resort and a townhouse designed for families who want the vacation to start the moment they walk in the door.
THE THEMED ROOMS
• Mickey Mouse Room (downstairs) – two full beds, Mickey wallpaper and bedding. The one the little ones will race to claim.
• Tangled Room (upstairs) – two full beds under a Rapunzel lantern-sky mural.
• Harry Potter Room (upstairs) – two queen beds, Hogwarts-castle wall and its own themed bathroom.
THE GROWN-UP ROOMS

YOUR PRIVATE POOL
Step out of the living room into a screened lanai with your own private pool and spa. Pool heating is available for an extra fee – request it at least 48 hours before arrival and it will be warm when you arrive (the spa is a warm-water area heated with the pool, not a jetted hot tub).
LIVING & DINING
Open-plan living room with a large TV, a dining table for the whole group, and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, full-size refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, blender, cookware and dishes. Washer and dryer in the house.
THE RESORT
Paradise Palms is a gated resort with a large clubhouse, resort-style pool, kids' splash zone, tiki bar, fitness center, game room and playground – all included with your stay (guest names must be registered before arrival).
LOCATION
20 minutes to Walt Disney World • 30 minutes to Universal • 25 minutes to the Premium Outlets • 9 minutes to Walmart • Restaurants and supermarkets along US-192 just minutes away.
Guest Access:
The entire townhouse is yours – all 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, kitchen, laundry, living areas and the private pool. Registered guests also enjoy the Paradise Palms clubhouse, resort pool and amenities. Free parking at the townhouse. Self check-in with a door code sent before arrival.
The Neighborhood:
Paradise Palms Resort is a gated vacation community off US-192 in Kissimmee, in the heart of the Disney area. The clubhouse with its resort-style pool, splash area and tiki bar is the center of the community. Walt Disney World is about 20 minutes away, with Universal, SeaWorld and the Orlando Premium Outlets a little further, and Walmart, Publix, restaurants and shops along US-192 minutes from the door.
Getting Around:
A car is the easiest way to get around and parking is free at the townhouse. Orlando International Airport (MCO) is roughly 35–40 minutes by car; US-192 and I-4 give quick access to the theme parks, dining and shopping. Uber and Lyft are readily available.
Other Things to Note:
AGE REQUIREMENT: Guests must be 21 years or older to make a reservation and must provide matching ID upon request (ID and payment method must match). Failure to provide ID will result in booking cancellation.
GUEST LIST: A complete list of guest names (first and last) is required by 5 PM EST at least 24 hours before arrival. Resort access will be denied if names are not registered.
POOL & SPA HEATER (if applicable): The SPA is not a hot tub – it is connected to the pool and both are heated by the same system, for an additional fee. The heater can take 24–48 hours to fully heat the water and is turned on once payment is processed, so please request pool heating at least 48 hours before arrival. The pool is heated to 86°F; for health and safety reasons we cannot raise it further. The pool and SPA share the same water temperature (the SPA is a warm-water area without hydromassage jets). Reservations of 2 nights are not eligible for pool-heater refunds. In extreme cold (approx. 32°F–40°F) the heater keeps working but the water may feel colder because of heat loss – in these conditions the water warms only about 20 degrees above the outside temperature. Weather-related conditions are not a heater malfunction and do not qualify for a refund.
GRILL: The BBQ grill at the townhouse belongs to the owner and is not available for guest use. Please note grill rental is not offered at this property.
HOUSE RULES: No parties. No pets. No smoking indoors.
PACKAGES: A $10 delivery fee applies; USPS does not deliver to this address and the resort is not responsible for unattended packages.
AMENITIES: Pack 'n Plays and high chairs are available on request before check-in. Included: fresh linens, 1 bath towel per guest, 1 hand towel per bathroom, bath rugs, hair dryer, and starter supplies (soap, paper goods, 3 trash bags, 1 laundry detergent, 1 dishwasher pod). After the starter supplies, guests restock as needed. Not provided: washcloths, salt/pepper, or open food items. Washer & dryer available.
MAINTENANCE: We're always ready to help with any maintenance need – surprises can happen even after our check-in inspection. Please report issues promptly so we can address them quickly; delays may affect our ability to assist during business hours.

This house was great for our family! We had a group of 10, and we didn’t feel squished at all. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and perfectly spaced through the house. The resort that the house is located in is great and had a lot of great amenities to use. Stars Vacation Homes was great to work with. They were very attentive leading up to my stay and check in was super easy.
The only reason I give it 4 stars instead of 5 is because we had some minor issues. For example, the pool didn’t appear to be clean at all. I’m not sure if the pump was running or if it was just really dirty. We didn’t really care because we only used the big resort pool, but we may have used the house pool if it was cleaner. Also, the living room cable box did not work at all. It would show a few seconds of cable and then shut off, come back on, and do it again. This made it very difficult with two kids.
Otherwise, we had a really great stay and would use them again!

I’ll start by saying my family and I have stayed at this location multiple times, not this exact unit but within the community. This stay was probley the most frustrating. I think the best way to provide feedback is listing pros and cons so here it goes:
Pros: Appliances, household necessities/kitchen utensils, easy check in process/instructions, very responsive to questions prior to stay, cable/smart tv, clean
Cons: ants/bugs(near pool door and in kitchen), dining room chairs unstable, FILTHY CARPET, check out time too early, gate entry(you have yo go to main gate to get a card to get into gate where property is anddd scanner is on passenger side very inconvenient), and SPEED HUMPS ( THREE of my guest had to purchase new tires and they all had the exact same damage. DID YOU HEAR ME THREE DIFFERENT VEHICLES WITH THE EXACT SAME IRREPARABLE TIRE DAMAGE. They weren’t being negligent and going over them fast or anything like that but those bumps will surely damage your tires/car. My tires weren’t damaged thankfully but my air pressure light came on. The worse part about it is when the vehicles were taken to get tires examined the guy was like let me guess you guys are staying at paradise palms, he stated they get a ton of customers who are vacationing there with tire damage).
If it weren’t for the fact that we had a large number of guest and it was a holiday weekend we likely would have left. This trip was more of a headache than anything. I think this unit needs to have that carpet taken OUT and replaced with something more durable since there is a revolving door of guest in and out. Some of the units in the community are well kept and nice but I think next time we’ll try another community closer to Orlando.
