Exclusive Giuliana Suite is a Holiday Home located on the second floor of a building in Via Della Giuliana in the central Prati neighborhood, in a strategic position to reach the main attractions in the city 'eternal.
Is only a 10 minute walk from the Vatican Museums, St. Peter's and the Metro Ottaviano where you can quickly reach the Termini Station by providing connections to the airports of Fiumicino and Ciampino. The area offers restaurants, shops and pharmacies.
The house was renovated in June 2014 and completed in August, with the aim to ensure guests maximum comfort and elegance. In fact, the apartment is spread over a large area with a refined interior and functional; consists of a large living room, one side of which accommodates four meters modern and stylish furniture for the kitchen and adjoining peninsula snacks, large bedroom and bathroom with shower and large window; around the house floor is parquet oak color. The lighting system is designed specifically for the use and functionality of the rooms.
The whole structure overlooking Via della Giuliana and windows are equipped with the latest generation of fixtures that provide excellent thermal and acoustic insulation and is equipped with efficient air conditioners in all rooms.
Supplied the house has all appliances including TV, DVD player, Wi-Fi, washing machine and dishwasher and other kitchen accessories such as microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, iron and ironing board, and what is necessary to ensure a stay of class and relaxation.

Marco and his mother were great hosts and very accommodating. His mother met us at the location on arrival to go over everything, and Marco even arranged a private car to pick us up (highly recommend because it's only 5 euro more than a taxi from the airport and the line for the taxi service was very long) from the airport. The location is very close to the Vatican museums, and close to a metro station to access all the major attractions in Rome. I would stay here again, and would recommend it to friends and family.

Excellent, modern, clean and spacious apartment with walking distance to cafes, restaurants, supermarkets and St Peter’s Basilica. Marco’s mom greeted us and check us in, very sweet lady. Marco even organized a private black car service to pick us up at the airport and bring us to the apartment. I would highly recommend staying here.

The apartment is lovely, with all the amenities you would need and a comfortable layout with spacious bathroom, bedroom and living area.While the apartment is great, the real star of the show is the host Marco and his beautiful mom who helps with check-in. We had a disastrous arrival into Rome and Marco was in constant communication with us and was extremely gracious with all of the schedule changes. He and his mom were so kind and made our first trip to Rome less stressful. Thank you, Marco!!
