- Cameras monitor front of house parking as well as pool and backyard areas for security purposes. Optional Fees (only charged when applicable):
• Gathering / Event Fee – Applies only to approved gatherings or events. Assessed case-by-case depending on group size, duration, and use of common areas.
• Pet Fee – $99 per pet, per stay (only charged when a guest brings an approved pet).
• Early Check-in Fee – $99 for 2 PM check-in, $199 for 11 AM check-in. Guests may enter early, but the cleaner will still be present and working during these hours.
• Late Check-out Fee – $99 for 1 PM checkout, $199 for 3 PM checkout. Guests may remain in the home during this time, but the cleaner will still arrive and be working.
• Pool Heating Fee – $99 per reservation, only when requested.
• Additional Guest Fee – $25 per night per extra guest beyond 8 guests.
These fees are optional and avoidable, as they only apply if guests request the related amenity or exceed the standard occupancy and stay terms.

The pool area needs some significant cleaning… Chairs are old and broken… Pool deck is indeed of a power wash… Water in the pool was clear… communication was good… House in dire need of interior paint… Scratched walls, insufficient, kitchen utensils… we never cooked just ordered out… Evidently the property is on the market… Owners have no motivation to clean it up.
