You’ll also love being within easy walking distance of both Coligny Plaza and the Circle Center—home to over 100 shops, restaurants, and local favorites that make this area one of the most desirable vacation spots on Hilton Head Island.
Inside, the villa has undergone a complete top-to-bottom renovation, with new flooring, furnishings, bathrooms, and a stunning kitchen—all thoughtfully designed with bright, airy coastal style. Nautical-inspired colors, custom cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and quartz countertops create a modern yet relaxed atmosphere where no detail was overlooked and no expense was spared.
The layout is ideal for couples or small families, comfortably sleeping four guests with a King bedroom featuring an en suite bath and a second bedroom with a Queen bed and a full hallway bathroom. This was a clean, nicely stocked, well-decorated and professionally managed unit. The kitchen had everything we needed. The place appeared to be recently renovated and everything was in excellent condition. We loved the proximity to VanderMeer Tennis Academy. Within Forest Gardens the location was idea. It is a corner unit at the very back where it is quieter and there is some privacy. Since it is a second floor unit, you don't have to worry about the noise overhead. The management company is thoughtful and was very helpful when we were having a small issue with the smoke detectors. The batteries went dead and it was beeping. Somehow I missed the batteries they thoughtfully provided under the sink, and someone (Dan) came and helped me, PLUS loaned us a cable my kid needed for a toy. Talk about going above and beyond! Island Rentals is the best on Hilton Head. I strongly recommend this unit, and would rent it again. Thank you!
