About this villa rental
Far from the hustle and bustle of touristic centers, Villa Ralue is nestled in the quiet, rolling landscape of Tuineje in the southern part of Fuerteventura. Situated on a fenced, 1000 m² property, the charming villa consists of a living room with a sofa bed, a very well-equipped kitchen with bar stools, and a dining table, 3 bedrooms (2 with 2 single beds each) as well as one bathroom and can, therefore, accommodate 8 people. Additional amenities include A/C in the living room, fans, cable television, a washing machine, a baby cot, and a highchair. On the beautiful veranda, furnished with several dining areas, begin the day with a fresh cup of coffee and a marvelous view of the mountains on the horizon. The 17m² pool and outdoor shower are open all year round and invite you to refresh yourself on warm afternoons. Sunbathe on the grass beside the pool and prepare a delicious meal with your loved ones on the barbecue. A nice selection of shops, restaurants, bars, and cafes are located in the town of Gran Tarajal, which is 9 km or a 10-minute drive from the property. In this same town, just a 12-minute drive away (or 9.5 km away), you will find the soft, golden sand of the beach Playa Gran Tarajal, where you can relax on the shore and listen to the calming sounds of the ocean.
Parking spaces are available on the property as well as on the street. Bed linens and towels are included in the price. 1 small to medium-sized pet is allowed if requested in advance for no additional fee (cat or dog only). If guests have 2 pets, they must ask and negotiate with the homeowner.

We spent a wonderful Christmas holiday here with our family (7 people between 16 and 55). The house is in a wonderfully quiet location in the mountains, but you can still quickly explore all the sights of the island by car (a car is a must). The covered terrace and pool also make staying in the house itself a pleasure. The house is very clean and functionally furnished.

We had a perfect week in this beautiful place. Very spacious, well equipped, nice little pool. 25 mins by car to wonderful beaches. Very very calm and quiet. Absolutely recommendable for both families and adults only.

Villa was well presented, and a good location for visiting places around the south half of the island (Antigua to Morrow Jable) eg the Cheese Museum, Salt Museum, Windmill, Ajuy (with walk to Palm grove), Betancuria, Playa de Sotavento and Playa de la Barca access N and S for lagoon beaches. Gran Tarajal is best place for Supermarket and restaurants. Very difficult to get exact location from host, and some other check-in details not clear. VRBO not too helpful! VRBO listing needs updating. Internet is very very slow - need upgrading. TV/Satellite channels are all German except BBC World news & CNN
