Dreaming of Michelangelo - apt.& garage in Florence is a newly renovated apartment furnished with passion and love.
It is located on the second floor of a quiet residential condominium, at the gates of the historic center of Florence. A 15-minute walk from the center, it is also well connected to the city by bus lines and allows easy access to major attractions, such as the Duomo, Ponte Vecchio but also Piazzale Michelangelo.
The apartment consists of a living room with a large sofa bed, TV and dining table with a lovely balcony on the inside of the complex, ideal for drinking a glass of Chianti enjoying the total serenity near the center, a kitchenette with everything you need to make lunches and dinners at home (oven, microwave, induction plate, dishwasher), a delightful bedroom with double bed and memory mattresses, a large sliding wardrobe, a modern bathroom with a large shower and a small closet.

The apartment has a FREE garage to park the car, which can be accessed via a lift directly from the second floor.
The apartments inside the residence are guarded through surveillance cameras, so you can spend your holiday safely and quietly. From Monday to Friday, from 8:00 to 13:00 and from 15:00 to 18:30, and Saturday from 8.00 to 11.00, you will find the porter to ask for more information during the days of the your stay.

Marion is passionate, dedicated to sharing her love of Italy, and has a lovely place worth staying in. Marion was in communication with me on day one, sharing lots of lovely places and insider tips way beyond what I initially expected upon booking. It is necessary to mention the bottle of wine, the much appreciated fruit and pastry basket, and personal greeting was a touch unlike any other and made me feel so welcome. Marion also helped me practice my Italian which was priceless to me. Oltrarno, the locale of Sognando, is lovely, vibrant, but also quaint, historic, and full of lovely locals, but simultaneously close enough walking distance for a leisurely stroll to Florence. So thankful for Marion’s generosity, patience, and home.
