Great time.It is quite not an area for a lot of kids . Got a warning for teens playing outside with with beach ball for a few minutes before I came down . But other than that was great!

Booked this place for the CCMF & it was an absolute gem . The short distance to the boardwalk and festival grounds was perfect . The grounds of the condo are beautiful and the hosts made check in seamless and everything was clean ! I would 100 percent stay here again .

Third floor (no elevator) steps will wear you out. Otherwise, good location w/all the essentials. Host very responsive.
