This is a beautiful new 3 bedroom flat with oak hardwoods floors, granite counters, and new appliances. There is a laundry room with a washer and dryer. We offer a cozy living room to relax after your busy with comfortable furniture, flat screen TV, and air conditioning for those warm days. There is a fully equipped kitchen with stainless appliances, microwave and dishwasher. If you are here on business there is wireless internet. This wonderful new first level condo style apartment has a quaint open floor plan with Sliding doors that lead out onto your own balcony for outside dining overlooking the North Hills of Ashland. The master bedroom has a King bed, private bathroom and smart TV. Second room has queen bed with smart tv. The third room has a twin trundel bed and smart tv. This home is located in a prime location just a 5 minute walk to the popular Shakespeare Festival. With tons of boutiques, both local and well-known stores, antiques, parks, galleries, fabulous restaurants whether for happy hour or fine dining, bakeries, local micro brews and pubs, coffee shops... just about everything for an enjoyable visit to Ashland . The house is just blocks away from a convenient health conscious Co-op grocery store for everyday necessities and stocked with local fresh produce. Close to public transit makes this a great place to stay whether for work or fun!

Super clean and cute rental that is really close to town! My only complaint was there was no air conditioning in the third bedroom/office, and it got rather warm in there during our stay. Otherwise, it's great!

This downtown flat was great! The location was perfect for walking downtown Ashland. It was comfortable and well stocked (except for coffee filters, but we left a whole package so fully stocked now ).

The property and Manager were easy to deal with. The property was clean and close to town with nice amenities.
However, I don’t like to give negative feedback but Warning..
I didn’t see multiple units on the listing or I would have chosen the top unit instead.
The tenants above us were up til 1:15 am and then got up at 7 am. We could hear everything even with ear plugs in. I booked a home for the quietness instead of a hotel.
