The house was clean and cozy. All necessary amenities available. The pool was refreshing and clean. Great location if you love the Hobe Sound area as I do. The host communicated all necessary information timely and clearly.

The house served the purpose of what we needed, with the location and amount of space. However the property needs upkeep (overgrown and lots of mosquitos), is very close to the railroad tracks which was really tough for young kids, and needs a professional cleaning (blankets left by couch with crumbs and sugar ants, bugs in tub, dead cockroaches …etc). Kids had a great time in the pool, and beds were comfortable - so overall it was what we needed it to be, just wish it was how it appeared in listing.
