Please note my unit 901 is for ADULTS ONLY as follows - Three Adults Maximum, 25 and older, which includes Occupants and Guests.
Located at 1117 W Beach Blvd Gulf Shores AL, I purchased this unit in the Spring of 2018 and began remodeling and redecorating at that time and continue to update today as needed. The unit is a Wonderful 9th Floor East End Penthouse Unit with two private balconies. The main balcony off the living room looks South over the Gulf and the second balcony off the master bedroom looks North over Little Lagoon. This is a beautiful and modern, low density complex with one assigned parking spot underneath the building (parking for 2 vehicles maximum with valid dated parking pass). The kitchen is fully equipped and offers beautiful granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. The living and dining area has a 55 inch Smart TV, couch, recliner and kitchen table. The condo offers one king master suite with a 48 inch TV, private bath and a stunning private balcony. The second bedroom is a queen with a 32" smart TV. The complex also has a private swimming pool and hot tub accessible only by Key Fob which I provide for my guests and is for Seacrest Guests and Owners only. There is also a gazebo and two stainless steel charcoal grills just outside the pool area on the West side of the building.
SMOKING NOT ALLOWED in my unit, common areas and all limited common areas which INCLUDES BALCONIES..

The room was perfect for our stay. The beds were amazingly comfortable and the room stayed nice and cool. The elevators were fast and the beach was easy to access. Would recommend this condo for your next vacation.

Excellent place to stay in Gulf Shores! The unit was extremely clean, very roomy, and stocked with everything we needed. The location was convenient, and the owner had great communication throughout the entire process. Highly recommend!
