About this apartment rental
The neighborhood is replete with breath-taking natural attractions. We are the last property on an elevated peninsula, extending out into the Caribbean Sea, at the mouth of the historic Castries Harbor. Although we are in the capital city of Castries, you can expect that natural peaceful feeling associated with country living.
Our guests have direct access to a local beach, which borders the eastern end of the R7 Haven property. On the western entrance is an overhanging cliff that descends into the waters of the Caribbean Sea, panning out into the vast horizon. Relaxing sounds of rolling waves on the sea-shore can be heard throughout the Haven.
The natural, scenic beauty is ideal for photoshoots. Be they selfies with amazing sunset backdrops, or professional productions on the beach that oftentimes extend into the hillside, stunning images can be captured daily .
Fishing canoes, cruise ships and cargo vessels can be seen calling in and departing port Castries. Adding timeless memories to your overall experience.
The sound of birds can be heard as they glide from nest to tree, fruit-hopping as needs be, while hummingbirds our perennial guests, can be spotted extracting nectar garden flowers. The variety of plants and foliage on property is an adventure in itself.
Designated a commercial and residential area, the community is home to a number of entities such as a private hospital, a school of music, and other small enterprises. The presence of businesses does not compromise the privacy and tranquility that local residents have grown to love.

I had a great stay at this apartment. The location is excellent—just a one-minute walk to the beach, with a beautiful view that made the stay even more enjoyable. It’s also conveniently located, with a short drive to the gym and close access to the market.
The apartment itself is spacious, comfortable, and well-suited for a relaxing stay. Communication with the hosts was smooth and efficient, which made everything easy from start to finish.
I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a convenient and enjoyable stay.

We never met the host or their property manager but they seemed helpful in their communications. The neighbor who is building a house was very friendly and helpful. Nice apartment. Clean. Minimally equipped kitchen but mostly sufficient. Buns, bananas and water left for us was thoughtful as our plane was fairly late. B-b-q area is unuseable. No landscaping on property. Balcony overlooks the local beach which is clean but the buildings are in total disrepair. Interesting to watch the cruise ships go by everyday. Car rental is pretty much a necessity.

This stay in Castries, St. Lucia was absolutely wonderful. The host was beyond amazing and truly one of the kindest, most thoughtful hosts we’ve ever had. We arrived later than expected, and he went out of his way to take us to get something to eat, which immediately made us feel welcomed and cared for.Every detail of the stay was thoughtful and generous — from the snacks and care packages to the fresh mangoes right on the property and bottled water waiting for us while we got settled. Those personal touches made the experience feel special and incredibly warm.While the location is a bit quieter and away from the busiest tourist areas, we really appreciated the peaceful atmosphere and the chance to experience a more local side of St. Lucia. There is public transportation nearby, and despite being there just before the holidays, everything worked out smoothly.We truly enjoyed our time here and can’t say enough good things about the hospitality. This stay made our trip to St. Lucia even more memorable, and we would absolutely stay here again without hesitation.

Calvin and Lauvina were very quick to respond to any questions.A good location, we had a hired car so it was a good base for us to get around the island.It was a nice surprise the welcome supplies.Thank you for a great stay!!!
