My family and I had a delightful beach vacation at this home. Having the beach so close was great fun, and the house was very comfortable. The Host was wonderful to communicate with, and offered information on things to do, such as the Rocket Launch - great to watch! We appreciated the toys for the little ones, and the kids dishes, cups, bowls, and utensils. So many different areas in and out for family to gather or be alone was very nice. Close to restaurants and shopping. A lovely place to enjoy a beach vacation!

The home is gorgeous and directly on the beach. There were so few people around us that it was honestly like having our own private beach which, we loved. We have two teenagers and they loved having their own spaces with their own bathrooms. We travel a lot and this was probably one of the best vacation homes we have rentedThe only downside was that we really couldn’t find any excellent/quality restaurants nearby and Cocoa Beach itself has some areas that need refreshed and fixed up. We were in our own little world at the house and the view from just about every room was stunning.

The location was great and the property was extremely well maintained. Communication from the host was always prompt. We loved the views and how peaceful the location is! 10/10 recommend

Great unobstructed ocean view and access. The beach is private and quiet. The house is kept beautifully and the kitchen fully stocked and with high end appliances. All the little areas, like pool, hammocks, outdoor bar, fire pit patio, green egg smoker and main deck was like having our own little island.Beach “toys” and towels provided.The host was always responsive and even offered to have board games delivered on the rainy days.It’s a great choice and we’d love to go back again.
