About this house rental
Experience Southwestern living at its finest in our lovely home situated on a quiet block convenient to Santa Fe's historic plaza, the Santa Fe Ski Basin and the Santa Fe Opera. This charming and unique 4 bedroom 3 bathroom house is your home away from home. There is a master bedroom with an en suite bath, a queen bedded room that shares a connecting bath with another room with two twin beds. The last bedroom contains a full size bed with a full bathroom right across the hall. A fully-equipped kitchen adjoins the dining room that leads out to a spacious back yard where you can sip your morning coffee or view one of Santa Fe's famous sunsets. The living room is cozy and comfortable with a wood burning fireplace, a 50' flat screen tv, Blue Ray dvd player, dvr, and original southwestern details. This rental is perfect for a large family or for couples who can enjoy one of the most unique features of the house: an upstairs game room/office area. This addition was built by the original owners and comes with large windows that let in the beautiful Santa Fe sun. This space can also be used as a meditation room or yoga/exercise room.
Within minutes from our home, you have convenient access to Santa Fe Spa (a fully equipped gym), The Santa Fe Opera, The Santa Fe Ski Basin (open from Thanksgiving to Easter), and the world renowned spa Ten Thousand Waves. A ten minute drive will get you to Santa Fe's famous Canyon Road where Art galleries abound. Our home is also conveniently located near grocery stores, drug stores, gas stations, banks and everything else you might require during your time in Santa Fe.

This place was great for our 5-person sister trip getaway, with us sisters being 62-67 & mom & her sister, 96 & 86. The loft/game room area was great for me to read, exercise & view out the large windows. Great AC, nice bathrooms, and good sized bedrooms. The kitchen was a little small & had no dishwasher, but that's not an issue for me at all. There was some wear & tear, with a torn screen door in the front and small broken tile work by the bathtub, but overall, I'd definitely stay there again. There was only one TV in the whole place, one could've been put in the loft area, but our trip was to bond with each other, so that was fine, but the radio/boombox in the laundry room didn't work, so we had to use our phone for music.It's location is EXCELLENT and that made a big impact, plus the lovely backyard was like an oasis after a long day. Overall, we all loved it! Jerome was very responsive to my questions and very helpful as well.

We had 3 couples and a young child. House was well equipped, very clean and convenient location. Refrigerator was huge. The host was extremely responsive. Overall a great experience. A few minor issues: we had unusually cold weather but the furnace was off (there were space heaters to partially compensate). Beds were just OK. We would stay there again for sure.

Very clean, comfortable beds, nice linens, functional kitchen, fireplace, patio office area. Fabulous location. Host checked in and provided great local intell on where to go and what to eat.

We loved staying here! It is close to everything in the city and was spacious enough for our group of 7. The property is clean and the area is quiet. It was easy to get in to and the host was always quick to reply. Would highly recommend!
