About this house rental
The spacious living room has enough comfortable seating for four people, a wood burning stove and a large smart TV. An opening to the kitchen gives the feeling of space, and means this is a sociable place to spend your holiday with friends or family. The well equipped kitchen has an electric oven, hob, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. There's a table in the kitchen which seats four people. A door from the kitchen leads to the garage where you'll find a washing machine.
Bedroom one overlooks the back garden and has a comfortable king size bed. The en suite has a walk in shower, washbasin and WC. Bedroom two has twin single (3') beds. There is also a garden room with patio doors leading to the large back garden - the perfect place to curl up on the sofa and relax with a book or watch TV. In the bathroom there's a bath, separate shower, washbasin and WC.
Outside, the large enclosed rear garden has patio furniture for al fresco dining. Cobbles End has off road parking for two cars. Up to two dogs are welcome at Cobbles End. Dogs are welcome throughout living areas of the property, but please keep them off the furniture.

Overall a lovely stay, bungalow is clean, spacious, well-equipped, in a quiet location close to amenities and dunes/ beach.
Comfortable lounge with good TV and a second lounge which was nice to have the door open to garden and read. A useful garage area with work surfaces, ideal for dog bowls and food etc.
Thank you for the welcome pack. We have given a rating of 3 for comfort as personally we found the king size bed, hard and uncomfortable and didn't sleep very well; personal preference as no one else giving a review has raised this! Bath towels good quality but small.

Comfortable property in good location we have stayed at this property several times and enjoy visiting Winterton on Sea

Lovely accommodation conveniently situated in centre of the village.
Highlights were the bathroom with very large bath and power showers and the lounge was very welcoming.
Great to rent a cottage with a wood burner where a good supply of logs were available which is not always the case in such properties.
Nice welcome pack which was appreciated.
Bath towels were provided but quite small for men so would suggest bath sheets in future.
All in all nice place to stay
