About this house rental
This 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom house is yours for the duration of your stay. Just 20 metres from the front door to the water’s edge at high tide, it offers unbeatable proximity to the beach. At the back, you’ll find a fully enclosed, all-weather entertaining area measuring 15m x 6m, complete with lounge and dining settings, extra chairs, a Lego 4-seat activity table with blocks, a permanent esky, large gas BBQ, and two overhead fans—perfect for when the wind picks up. It’s both pet- and child-secure, with an adjoining shaded outdoor area that’s also fenced. Inside, the open-plan living space features glass walls at the front and rear to capture ocean views and keep you connected with activities out back. The kitchen, dining, and lounge areas share the space, with a 48" flat-screen TV in the lounge. The master bedroom has an ensuite, walk-in robe, and full ocean views, while Bedroom 2 enjoys ocean and Point Lowly Lighthouse views. Bedrooms 3 and 4 are at the rear and only available if booked, with all rooms offering queen beds. main bathroom has a shower, full-size bath, separate vanity, and toilet. A large front deck with secure glass fencing is ideal for enjoying sunrises and sunsets, and undercover fenced parking adds convenience. Expect peace and quiet, with only a handful of people around most of the time. Be sure to shop in Whyalla or Port Augusta before you arrive, as there are no local stores—though there is a council playground nearby.

Excellent location. Very comfortable and clean. Great outlook. Lots of extra supplies such as tea, coffee, milk left wh was great. Only tricky part was finding the actual accommodation- number in the house was hard to find and was confusing as the shed at the front of the property had a different number.

Chris is available to answer any queries. Place is beautiful, very well stocked with kitchen equipment, dishes, cutlery etc. for longer stays. Easy access to the beach few meters away. Massive covered area in the back, for the windy days. Love the kangaroos close by.
