About this villa rental
In response to Covid 19, we are leaving 24 hours between reservations, cleaning with approved antibacterial products and doing an additional sanitizing inspection. Stay at Palm Island Resort, located on Florida’s Southwest Gulf Coast, is the state’s only true-out island resort. No bridges or causeways to the island exsist, which ensures a relaxed, tropical vacation setting. The island resort encompasses a two-mile portion of private, pristine beaches on the northern end of Palm Island. Guests travel to the island via car ferry and park their car in our island parking area. Transportation is provided by our bell staff and golf carts are also available for rent for registered guests.
Enjoy access to one of the 5 heated pools, plus hot tub and gas BBQ grills at each pool area. 11 hard tennis courts available for play and always complimentary. Our recreation center, Coconuts, offers a variety of rentals to include golf carts, bicycles, kayaks and beach umbrellas. Our full service concierge can also arrange for everything from massages to fishing charters. Join a complimentary water aerobics class, nature walk or yoga on the beach when scheduled. Whether you wish to spend your time with us on the go or taking it slow, you’re sure to enjoy your new Memories at the Speed of Old Florida.

Easy reservation, arrival and check-in process. The bellboy was a must have given the stairs to the unit. The unit was clean and comfortable. Nice view of the gulf, though the pool was between our unit and the beach. There was construction going on at our building. It would have been nice to know that in advance. We had been to Palm Island Resort several times many years ago when the children were young. It was fun to return. We look forward to returning in the future with our children and grandchildren as we keep the PIR tradition alive.

My wife and I returned energized and relaxed. We had a fantastic time. The place is a hidden gym. Management was very attentive but laid back. The beaches are pristine, untouched nature. Marina next door where you can rent a boat. Phenomenal get away destination. We will be back.

The condo was very nice with a beautiful view and nice proximity to the pool and resort service was really great. However 3 days during the week were truly terrible as workers were banging, sawing and playing very loud music starting at 8:30AM until 4PM right under us. We couldn't rest or keep the sliding doors to the deck open. We had to literally leave it was so bad. We understand what the island and resort have been through but this should have been disclosed. This could have been planned between renters.
