Serene southwestern style custom home in SW Reno NV. A great location within minutes of downtown nightlife, skiing, hiking, and many exciting events. This home has a fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to make your special meals. A double oven, microwave and a large refrigerator will make you feel right at home. You will find pots, pans, crock-pot, platters, cooking utensils, spices, and condiments at your finger tips. There is a pantry, family games, and a few extras for your convenience.

The pictures don’t do the house justice. It is nicer in person, very clean, well-stocked, comfortable, convenient location, nice yard. The owner was very communicative, responsive. For ex, after telling him the toaster broke, a new toaster appeared on the doorstep within a few hours. The house has everything you need, lots of kitchen supplies, well-stocked with toiletries. All the cabinets are labeled. It’s set back from the road, making it very private and peaceful. There are clear instructions for everything. Raphael always promptly responded to any questions I had. When we unexpectedly had to cut our trip short, he provided us with a very generous partial refund.

The house was just as described and such a nice touch with fruit, waters and all the toiletries just in case we forgot something. I hope we can stay here in the future. Would highly recommend.

The rental was a lovely and quaint home nestled in a quiet neighborhood. The home is very family friendly and offered everything that we required. The only area of improvement identified is communication with the homeowner, other than that everything was lovely.

Everything was perfect! Welcome bowl of fruit was a great touch and we loved that the house was decorated for Christmas. A home away from home! Although the house seems older it was clean and comfortable. The house had everything you needed and more, and with everything labeled it made it easy to navigate around the home with ease. One recommendation from our senior parents....rails leading up to the home in garage and possibly front door would be helpful. We would gladly use this home again in the future.
