Great communication and clean as well. The reason for a 4 and not a 5 is the house smelled a bit musty but once we opened the windows, aired it out it got better. Also, both bedrooms are upstairs with a shared full bath. The other full bath is downstairs.

Doug was the best VRBO host I have had and I’ve rented a number of properties. He was so responsive and welcoming. The house is lovely and perfect for our family visit. I recommend it highly.
