Remarkable renovation! Beautiful & beachy 2 bed, 1 bath condo situated in a fabulous location by the beach. Come see why St Pete Beach is the sunset capital of Florida. This condo was recently remodeled with all high end amenities. 3 beds and a pull out couch: 1 Queen, 1 Full, 1 twin & pull out sofa. Check out the pics!
Come enjoy your St Pete Beach get-away! Literally just cross the boardwalk, grab a drink or a burger as you pass by the Paradise Grill, and you are on majestic St Pete Beach enjoying the sugar sand between your toes!
A poolside condo with gulf views - sunsets are included.
The kitchen has is fully stocked to enjoy your vacation. This property offers a heated pool with plenty of seating for guests. You can chat it up with neighbors or relax and keep to yourself and read a book.
Central heat and air.
Flexible check-in times.
Wi-fi, cable, & 3 smart TVs included.
Beach chairs, umbrella, volleyball, & sand toys are included (so you don't have to pre-reserve/pay for anything.)
Linens & towels are included (1 laundry switch-out included with stay).
There is a community charcoal/BBQ area on site as well as bike racks.
Walk to fantastic beach restaurants, live music, all-night ice-cream shops, and bars.
Convenience stores across the street, grocery stores w delivery 1 mile away.

Property was updated and clean. The condo is very convenient to the beach and walking distance to restaurants. Parking was open and allowed quick easy access to the condo. Pool area is clean and private. The grounds are very well groomed and maintained.

Nice property, right across from the beach. Host was friendly and communicative. Clean and well kept.

The facility was fine however we experienced difficulty with Wifi and the television and took over 24 hours to get that resolved on a 48 hour stay. Also, the bed was kind of lumpy.
