13 Splendid apartments of various types and sizes located within the 500esque building "Cà Bollani".
The apartment consists of an entrance hall with a kitchen equipped with a dishwasher and microwave; a living room with a sofa and television; a bathroom with a shower; and a sleeping area consisting of a room with a queen-size bed.
There is a sofa bed in the apartment.
The building does not have an elevator.
On the ground floor available to all guests is a laundry area with a washing machine and dryer.
* Guests can access the accommodation via a numeric code, which they can obtain only after completing the online registration of their IDs, signing the digital rent agreement, and paying the tourist tax via a payment link they will receive a few days before arrival. The code will be active starting from 3 p.m.

The apartment is incredibly large and worked great for our family of 5. The apartment is in a fantastic location, just a short walk to numerous restaurants and shopping. It was such a delight to just walk around with no end in mind and find so much. The apartment is very close to the Vaporetto (Water Bus) stop and the Rialta Bridge. As for the apartment itself, the parque flooring needs a lot of love. We walked around wearing sandals because the floor is missing pieces and pops up a lot. We were worried we would slice a foot open. Also, a shelf in the bathroom would be nice because the counter is very tiny for tooth brushes, makeup bag, etc. Towel hooks across from the shower would be awesome. There's no place to hang wet towels. Overall this apartment is fantastic and we would definitely stay here again.

This is an excellent location. Apartment was clean and secure. Laundry is available.Ask ahead for a discount on parking if you are driving into the edge of Venice.
