About this apartment rental
13 Splendid apartments of various types and sizes located within the 500esca building "Ca' Bollani".
Raised ground floor apartment overlooking the canal, consisting of one bedroom with two queen-size beds and one single bed, two bathrooms with shower, living room with sofa, and kitchenette equipped with microwave and toaster.
There is a sofa bed in the apartment.
On the ground floor available to all guests is a laundry area with a washing machine and dryer. All apartments are also equipped with air conditioning, heating, and a free Wi-Fi line.
* Guests can access the accommodation via a numeric code, which they can obtain only after completing the online registration of their IDs, signing the digital rent agreement, and paying the tourist tax via a payment link they will receive a few days before arrival. The code will be active starting from 3 p.m.
*Cot available upon request, at an extra cost of 35€ per stay.

Nice space, good location. Big mosquito and fly problem in the apartment. Mosquitoes are all over the bathrooms and all five of us would wake up covered in mosquitos bites from the 3 nights. We bought bug zappers and killed probably 100 over the 3 nights but they didn’t help as more would show up. Bugs were the only issue, but all of us are very itchy flying back home.
