About this villa rental
Villa Can Duarry is much more than an exclusive property: it is the setting for a beautiful story of family love that began in the 1960s and remains alive within its walls today. Its origins date back to Juan Duarry Serra, a businessman from Barcelona who, following the tragic loss of his eldest daughter and son-in-law in a 1954 plane crash, decided to build a magical place to gather his family once again and restore their joy. Thus, this oasis was born.
Conceived from its very first brick as a summer retreat and an eternal symbol of family unity.
Today, we open its doors so that you and your loved ones can continue this tradition of happiness.
Premium Accommodation & Setup:
The estate consists of two independent houses with separate entrances that share a common garden area.
The published price corresponds to the exclusive and private use of the Guest House and all its spectacular outdoor areas.
Fully renovated in 2020 with premium materials and top-tier technology (high-speed Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning throughout the house), it offers:5 dream bedrooms: All equipped with double beds and meticulous details (Smart TV, AC, ceiling fan, and USB ports). Three of them are private suites, and two share a bathroom.

A state-of-the-art, fully equipped dream kitchen and a highly stylish, comfortable, and sophisticated living room.

Villa Can Duarry was everything we hoped it would be! It was exactly as advertised. Perfectly situated in the idyllic town of Premia de Dalt, only 5 minute drive to the sea. The grounds were amazing. Lush and well maintained with a nice little play area for our grandson. Beautiful covered patios! The pool is huge, although we didn’t get to take advantage of it due to the rainy weather during our stay. The Villa interior space was perfect for our family of 6 adults and a two year old. You will surely not be disappointed in your stay here. Thank you so much Isabel and Jordi!

Loved the stay! Outside areas were phenomenal and host was very helpful. Communication was easy. Loved that we stayed in a small town and we were able to walk to a small grocery store, bakery and restaurants.

Originally I booked this villa on vrbo as it looked idyllic and perfect for my 50th birthday break with an all lady group,
Isabella welcomed our party and showed us around the beautiful property and gardens on arrival , please be aware this is not a place for celebrations and noise must be kept to a minimum after 10pm, which my party adhered to every evening, ensuring we did not sit outside in the bbq area after this time.
Isabel was warm and friendly whereas her husband Jordi was rude and abrupt to some of our guests which spoilt our overall holiday experience in the villa, owners are living in adjacent house a few metres away and we felt that we couldn’t relax, even inside the property we felt we had to tip toe around, Jordi was often intrusive to our space and seemed to appear out of nowhere telling us not to stand on the grass in a dismissive manner , or to keep the noise down at dinner time well before the original request of 10pm! Neighbourhood was quiet, supermarket near by and some small mediocre restaurants within walking distance - residential area.. not much to do or see! After reading other reviews elsewhere, I can see we were not the only guests which Jordi had treated in the same manner to us! A review was made with the Identical experience my party received. Most reviews of 5 stars! But please do not be fooled by this! Happiness is a place was a stunning property but unfortunately rating of 3 stars due to Jordi’s rude communication to my party,
