The Doppler Loft is awesome!!! Definitely one of the most unique lofts I've ever stayed at and it helped make our visit to Prague a magical experience. Your key fob unlocks an old wooden door from the street which opens up to a small corridor leasing to your apartment building. You are greeted by the friendliest cat I have ever seen before you unlock another door to ascend 3 flights of a wooden spiral staircase that appears to be right out of an old movie. The creaks just add to it's character. The loft itself is gorgeous with heavy wooden beams giving it charm and modern updates giving you all the required amenities including a/c, kitchen, washing machine, desk, kitchen table, and ceiling fan. The bathroom is small but functional with good shower pressured. 3 small windows allow fresh air in and a peak outside. Lukas met us on time at the property for a quick tour and to answer any questions. We loved our stay here and it was a unique experience in a fantastic location 7 minutes from the city square and surrounded by restaurants and bars. As much as we loved our stay, it is not for everyone. If you have trouble climbing narrow spiral stairs, have over 3 guests, or are over ,6 feet tall this may not be the room for you. The large wooden support beam in the center of the loft is 6 feet high and if you are any taller you will have to consistently duck under it. If these aren't deal breakers for you, I highly recommend the Doppler Loft. It was fantastic!!.

This was the attic of a very cool old building. The ceiling beams were impressive. Host was responsive. Best part was its excellent location - cafes and stores nearby, old town and river were a short walk. Unfortunately it had very little natural light and no alternative fire exit. The biggest challenge was 4 flights of very old winding stairs. Those with mobility issues or heavy luggage would not get up there. Still, you know you’re in beautiful, ancient Prague.

Fabulous corner in a great neighborhood. We walked most places. The apartment was very quiet and comfortable. Everything we needed was there. Beautiful historic building with courtyard. Perfect in every way. We highly recommend.

A very sweet and hip loft, in perfect renovated condition, right in the center of town. Literally around the corner are streets lined with high-end stores like Rolex, Fendi, etc., and top restaurants, mixed in with the usual tourist-trap fare.It’s four or five flights up an old spiral staircase (lost count!), so not for the faint of heart. Tiny windows from an attic apartment. But we are 77 and 67 years old and had no problem. Just know what you’re signing up for. We found it romantic and very comfortable.
