Unit 1208 is a bright and cozy 2-bedroom corner condo, the perfect setting for your relaxing beachfront vacation. Thoughtfully designed for comfort and convenience, this unit has everything you need to make your stay enjoyable.
This well-furnished condo features a king bed in the master bedroom and twin beds in the guest room, catering to various sleeping preferences. A sleeper sofa in the living room provides additional accommodation for guests. The two bathrooms offer both accessibility and relaxation, with one featuring a walk-in shower and the other a tub for a soothing bath.

Smoking is strictly forbidden, and pets are unfortunately not welcome and subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Guests found in violation are subject to eviction with no refund.

One Seagrove Place will be undergoing a significant property improvement project. Extensive preparatory work is expected to begin shortly after Labor Day 2026, ahead of the main phase of the project currently anticipated to begin around November 1.
We want to make sure you are aware of the following potential impacts when planning your stay:
CONSTRUCTION NOISE
Guests should expect elevated noise levels during normal construction hours, with some phases of the project expected to be louder than others.
POOL CLOSURE
The property's 40-year-old pool will be completely renovated and will be unavailable during this phase of construction. The pool is expected to reopen in early spring 2027.
BEACH ACCESS
The direct beach walkway may shift at times due to construction activity. When necessary, guests will be directed to the public beach access walkway immediately next to the building.
BICYCLE RENTALS & STORAGE
On-site bicycle rentals and bike storage will be unavailable during the construction period. If you plan to bring your own bicycle, it must be stored on your vehicle during your stay. Bicycles are not permitted inside the building.
PARKING
Parking restrictions are expected during portions of the project. Additional information will be provided as specific restrictions and timelines are confirmed.

First this unit needs a more comfortable master bed. This may be fine for a 30 year old but not me. Carpet probably needs to be cleaned as well. Upgrades to building are great and can’t wait to see the new pool!

Our only issue was the beach! It has gotten way TOO crowded! There needs to be something in place for that. The individuals paying to stay on the beach have to fight for a spot.
Secondly, I would get rid of the carpet in the rooms!
And make sure there are linens for the next guest for the pull out couch bc there is nobody to contact at night to get any by the time you notice!

Carpet was stained, older and musty, unit could benefit from an upgrade to hard surface flooring. Master shower drips, may need a new valve. Otherwise, a good unit.
