The house of 80 m² and capacity for 4 people, has been recently renovated and tastefully decorated, warm colors and paintings of landscapes of Lanzarote. From the entrance terrace, you access directly to a comfortable living-dining room with a chaise longue sofa, Smart TV with widescreen and free wifi. In addition to a dining table for 4 people and desk area ideal for working from home. This open space communicates directly with the independent kitchen that is fully equipped with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, toaster coffee maker, kettle and juicer, dishwasher, fridge and a complete kitchenware. On this same floor there is also a toilet.
