This was by far the ABSOLUTE BEST VRBO experience I have ever had! From booking to check out the level of service was beyond 5 star. We were made to feel welcome and we genuinely felt as though Kay wanted us to have a really good time! The level of communication and responsiveness exceeded expectations throughout the entire stay. We are a group of family and friends who live oceans apart and who love to spend quality time with each other. There were 9 of us in this beautiful house and there was plenty of room to spread out and have privacy as well as lots of community space, both indoors and out, to be together. Sometimes descriptions on VRBO exaggerate the offering, this is not the case with this house. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need/want if you intend to cook meals, which we did plenty of! The backyard with pool/hot tub, grill, games, seating areas, was a favorite of all! The beach is literally a 2 minute walk and even though we were there on a very busy weekend (Memorial Day) we never felt overwhelmed by the amount of people visiting Huntington Beach. If you are looking for the best house in Huntington Beach, you've found it! If you're looking for the best host on VRBO, you've found her! Stay here, you won't regret it. There is so much more I want to say but am running out of characters. Suffice it to say the memories made and the love shared in this home, will keep our hearts full for a very long time.

This is a fantastic property! It is clean, spacious, and close to the beach. The host is super responsive and has included everything one might need to stay there. The location is perfect as it close to restaurants and shopping and is walkable. We parked our car and had no issues! We appreciated many of the amenities, like having the pool heated upon our arrival, unlimited, use of the washer and dryer, and the coffee and tea supply was steady. We will definitely consider this property when we visit again. For context, we stayed there with our adult children, and one of their friends and we had plenty of space!

Host was very communicative and quick to respond. The house was in a fantastic location. Close to beach and restaurants without all the noise. Pictures dont do the property justice, very warm home and wish the stay was longer!
