My children and I had a wonderful trip and an amazing stay at this condo. What truly made our vacation feel like home was the condo owner. When you're traveling alone with children, that sense of comfort is priceless. She checked in with us periodically, making sure we were doing alright and asking if we needed anything. She even put together a list of things to do in the area which was incredibly helpful. The condo itself was absolutely beautiful — spotless, comfortable, and incredibly convenient. And the VIEW… breathtaking (I included pictures of our balcony view). We were just steps away from sinking our toes into the sand. Truly unforgettable. The staff at the property were also extremely kind and accommodating, which made our stay even better.If you’re looking for a cozy, stress‑free beach getaway, this is the place for you. My children and I will definitely be back next year!

We had a really great time at Sun Destin! The beach was amazing. Soft white sands and ice blue waters. The condo was nice and perfect for two people, although there were bunk beds there to accommodate two more. The restaurant and bar are great. Good options and beachy drinks. I had the gumbo and shrimp creole. The creole was fantastic! Great location also! Everything you would need is close. Some close enough to walk to and others just a couple miles away. Really enjoyed the stay and looking forward to a return trip!

Owner/ manager was very kind.
Although a 1 bedroom, this condo
Was adequate in size for who we took, but there was absolutley nowhere to put clothes and nowhere to even open up a suit case or even store it. The hardest part of being there as long as we were was trying to figure out where and how to get to clothes.
On top of that, plan on paying to have to rent umbrellas and chairs all week!
You are not allowed to set up your own umbrella and chairs on the beach.
No umbrellas period! Must be a canopy tent of some kind. And can only sit in back row. 4 rows back from water so you can't even see the ocean!
The unbrella rental company gets all the beach for themselves.
Also, can't rent movies from movie rental machines in lobby. You have to have rented condo directly from the front desk. Not thru here to get that priveledge.
Some building siding fell off the buildung from the 6th floor and smashed a car in the parking lot. So a lot of the parking was roped off all week.
Traffic also really bad in this area so very hard to exit lot almost any time of day or night.
