Holiday home in Puerto del Carmen 13 minutes walk from the beach and the old town, just outside the center of Puerto del Carmen, holiday home Luis 2 combines an ideal location with its luxurious outdoor area for an exceptionally relaxing holiday experience. The holiday home features colorful, tasteful decor and consists of a spacious living room, dining room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one with 2 single bed) as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, fans, satellite television, a washing machine, dishwasher, barbecue, a baby cot and a highchair. Outside, the furnished patio offers a place to share fresh meals together and sunbathe in absolute privacy while the private pool - heated throughout the entire year - invites guests to refresh themselves under Lanzarote’s clear sky at any time of day. Due to its optimal location, a selection of shops, bars and restaurants are only a 2-minute walk away while charming harbour of Old Town is about a 13-minute walk or 1.1 km from the villa. To reach the popular beach Playa Blanca, visitors need only walk 12-minute walk, where they can stretch out on the dark gold sand and listening to the water rolling up on shore. For golf lovers, it is additionally only a 3-minute drive to the closest golf course.
Bed linens and towels are included in the price. Lanzarote Airport is 9 km or 10-minute drive from the holiday home.
The heating of the pool is always on for free. The machine is fully automatic: it turns on when necessary and turns off when the water reaches the optimum temperature to swim (about 25 or 26°C). The temperature is then at its maximum and cannot be raised. Please note that pool towels are not provided and there is unfortunately no hair dryer.
Parties are not allowed.

Very well equipped villa, clean to a good standard, so good having our own pool, shops only a few minutes walk, a few restaurants not too far, otherwise 15 minute walk to the main strip, which was perfect for us

Pros: Everything was very clean, the pool was an ideal temperature and all the amenities listed on the website were available and in good condition. Luis was very accommodating and even booked us a taxi back to the airport!

Pretty from the photo but installations and furniture would need renewal, not a single seat inside or outside to sit comfortably. Beds are OK.
Location is right next to two big roads with lots of traffic also at night.
Shopping is not far, but beach is a good hike away.
